If there was one piece of art you could feature in, which would it be and why?

“El alma del Ebro” of Jaume Plensa. for the silent that creates in this noisy and loudly world.

How will museums impact future cities?

Museums (and libraries) will adapt to the changing needs of their communities. They are transforming into facilitators and networks for information rather then gatekeepers.

Who do you think are the cultural innovators of tomorrow and why?

It’s difficult to foreseen the possible cultural scenarios for the coming years, but I would bet that automatic transportation ( google car…bus) will be the ones of tomorrow.

What are your favourite cultural cities in the world and why?

Shanghai it’s definitely an emerging cultural city for the flourishing of several landmark contemporary-art museums since the Expo 2010, such as Long Museum, Yuz Museum along the riverside.
Another emerging cultural city would be Sao Paulo, because is becoming museum hotspots thanks to their enthusiasm for modern art and the large crowds visiting the Centro Cultural do Brasil.

Amsterdam and Barcelona, as European cities still keep their ‘image’ and ‘brand appeal’ high rated as cultural cities but also as for the quality of city shopping, architecture, food or neighborhood atmosphere.
